About
James J. Myers
Certified Public Accountant
James J. Myers (Jimmy) has been in public accounting for 31 years, owning his own firm for the last 29. He graduated from Georgia State University with a bachelor of business administration degree. During the most recent years his primary areas of practice have been individual and small business income tax and estate tax planning and preparation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
In addition to the CPA firm Jimmy also serves on the boards of directors of The Citizens Bank of Forsyth County and Flex-Fab, Inc. He is also a member of the board of trustees of the Benjamin F. Brady Charitable Foundation. Jimmy resides in the Heardsville Community of Forsyth County and is a member of New Harmony Baptist Church.

Greg Barnes
Certified Public Accountant
Greg is a partner with the firm and received his Bachelors degree in Accounting from Southern Wesleyan University. Greg specializes in income tax preparation and planning, reviews/compilations/agreed-upon procedures, consulting, business start up, sales tax, payroll tax, and QuickBooks consulting. In addition to being in public accounting for over twenty years, he was a corporate controller for a commercial general contractor for nine years. Greg is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
Greg resides in Cumming with his wife Kim and four children. He coaches his children in various sports in the local community.
